CSG has been continuously monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation. Our first priority is to ensure that our staff and clients remain safe, but we also want to ensure that our clients have our full support in this tumultuous time.
Our team members will maintain your campaigns, business as usual, and we are more than willing to take on extra tasks to better serve your company goals during this time.
We are all capable of working remotely if the need arises, but at the time being our staff are healthy and at the office -- ready to jump on any request for help.
The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown a lot of businesses off kilter, and although the longevity of this virus is uncertain, we want to let all of you know that we are here for all of you, in whatever capacity necessary. We have provided a handy “COVID Checklist,” so that you can ensure that all business communication on the virus has been taken care of on your end -- and if you need a hand, we’re happy to help.
Download it our attached pdf. to make sure you're covered!
Contact your account director or firstname.lastname@example.org directly if you’d like to arrange for us to take over your COVID-19 communications. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy (and washes their hands), but if you’d like to know what we at CSG are up to to ensure the safety of ourselves and those around us, read below.
What We’re Doing at CSG
While the Alberta Health Authority states that the risk level of contracting COVID-19 remains low, we will continue to respond according to the government and health organizations’ best practices.
Our team members are being asked to constantly self-evaluate and stay home if they are ill, and as of today no staff members or their families have shown any signs of symptoms related to the virus.
We have cancelled all in-person client meetings and switched to virtual meeting spaces. We are able to video chat, talk on the phone, share computer screens, and easily share files.
We have increased office cleaning procedures. Staff members are asked to wash their hands more than usual, and disinfectant is being provided to all workspaces.
All travel has been suspended.
Staff members can work remotely, if the requirement arises.
We have contingency plans to ensure deadlines are met and promises fulfilled. We will continue to provide updates as the situation changes, and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
